With each purchase of a device from Orange Phone Care, you receive a robust 6 (Six) Month Warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers a wide array of essential functionalities, including Touch Screen Sensitivity, Display Brightness, Charging and Battery Life, Audio and Video Recording and Playback, IMEI Status, Wireless Connectivity, and all other intrinsic features of your device (unless otherwise stated). Please note that the warranty is voided in the case of physical damage, liquid exposure, accidental damage, or improper use.

In the rare event that your device exhibits any defects, we have you covered. Defective devices will be expertly repaired in our state-of-the-art facilities. Should repair not be possible, we offer a hassle-free exchange for an item of equal value, subject to the most current pricing. Rest assured, in the case of a Warranty Repair or Exchange, the replacement part or device will remain protected under the Original Warranty Period.

For your peace of mind, we offer a free lifetime replacement policy for the installed device.
